Interactive Brokers (IB) is a widely used low commission broker with a very big list of tradable assets.

1. Interactive Brokers connection in AlgoCloud is currently available for US residents ONLY.
This is a legal requirement from Interactive Brokers.We are working with them to enable usage of IB for clients world-wide.
2. Interactive Brokers connection in AlgoCloud is currently in BETA testing.
It is not recommended using it with real money accounts.
Link account for IB
Go to Connected accounts screen. This is where you manage all your connections to brokers.
Click on Link account button.
This will open wizard that will lead you through the process.
The first step is to choose IB from the list of supported brokers:
The second step is entering connection name, account type, phone number and signature.
After clicking Next, you will be redirected to IB website where you will be prompted to confirm terms and conditions necessary to successfully connect your IB account to this application.
During the process, please do not close the AlgoCloud window!
The third step is (optionally) turn on Account protection.
After clicking Next the connection is created.
In the background the platform will create a new container, which could take a few minutes. If the connection is successful it will show green connected status in the list of active connections.
