Profile

Manage your AlgoCloud profile — email, password, 2FA, notifications, live trading eligibility, account deactivation and event log.

The Profile screen is where you manage your AlgoCloud account — email, password, two-factor authentication, notifications and account deactivation.

Profile Details

Here you can change your email and password and set up two-factor authentication (2FA).

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

2FA adds an extra security layer. To enable it:

  1. Click Enable 2FA.

  2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.).

  3. Enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm.

  4. Save the recovery codes AlgoCloud displays — store them somewhere safe. These let you sign in if you lose your authenticator device.

Lost access to 2FA? Use one of your recovery codes at sign-in. If you've lost those too, contact [email protected] from the email on your account and we'll verify identity and reset 2FA for you.

Notifications

Set up the email address for notifications and choose which notifications you want to receive.

Live trading eligibility

Check your live trading eligibility — plan requirements and any pending verification steps.

Deactivate account

If you want to stop using AlgoCloud, you can deactivate your account here. Deactivation:

  • Stops all running strategies.

  • Disconnects linked brokers.

  • Disables the account sign-in.

After clicking Deactivate, you will receive a confirmation email with a verification link. Click the link in the email to complete deactivation.

Didn't receive the deactivation email?

  • Check your spam / promotions folder.

  • Make sure the email on your profile is current — if it's not, you won't get the link.

  • If you signed up with Apple Sign-In using Hide My Email, the confirmation goes to your private Apple relay address. Log in to appleid.apple.com to find it, or contact [email protected] and we'll process the deactivation manually after verifying your identity.

Backtest History

List of all backtests run in the past 24 hours. Older backtests are automatically pruned from this view (but results saved to strategies remain).

Event log

Chronological list of account events — sign-ins, strategy deployments, broker connections, plan changes, etc. Useful for troubleshooting and for support to verify account activity.
